Return Policy
Due to the sensitive, hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once a product has been opened or used.
Exceptions
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately within 7 days of receiving your order. We will promptly evaluate the issue and work to find a satisfactory resolution.
Unopened Items
Returns for unused and unopened items in their original packaging may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the business owner.
Please note, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
